hi guys, I'm from the neighborhood on Montreal, Canada. I just bought my first Corvette a 2007 C6 LS2 on june 2011 and I have a APS twin Turbo kit on it. I just retuned it a bit and to be honest the car is a beast and run just perfect ( 609RWHP and 549ft/lbs ). Obviously the stock clutch started to sleep.
So here is the new little mods I did and I need your comments about those parts since beside the clutch it's used parts.
Clutch:
- New Exedy twin discs
Brakes:
- Used Willwood 6 pistons front with 14" discs
- Used Wilwood 4 pistons rear with 14" discs.
Suspension:
- Used Hotchkis front and rear sway bars
- Used coil-overs (Don't know the brand) I know for a fact that the shocks are custom Bilstein (AK1000) and coils are Hyperco
I need your help and knowledge to know wich brand is the coil-overs and when I bought the car the dealer just replaced the rear diff with a new stock one. What should I do to the car to keep it 100% reliable in the street and the APS exhaust do a lot of rumble in the car, with wich mufflers I should replace the APS to get no rumble in the car.
