Default rough idle

i have notice that when i step on the clutch to stop the engine rpm goes down to around 400 and back up to 1200 and finally stays around 800-900 rpm. I have the SLP blackwing and i have notice that is not sitting correctly on the two pins that stick up. Any ideas of what might be causing it not to idle smooth?

Is your AC on at the time? Could be causing the idle to dip a bit.

I would look for air leaks at the airbridge such as the bottom not attached/clamped properly. If things are sitting there correctly when you're looking at it, then something is wrong. Un-metered air getting past the MAF will cause you mixture problems.

Then vacuum leak is your most likely cause. Try looking at whatever you touched last - in your case the CAI. Are you getting any engine codes?
