They look pretty, but don't tell how many ohms of resistance??? If you must change your wires, which is not needed, go to 99blancoss and buy MSD wires. Some people have noted electrical problems when changing wires, but I have not heard any problems from going with MSD.

Well, i wasn't going to change them... but three of my stockers broke when we were removing them for my header install. So i've just been exploring all options. I've definitely read MSD reviews, but am still considering others as well (like firecore50). Just wanted to see if anyone had experience w/ these.

If you want to spend $88 plus on a set of 8" long plugs wires.. I offer them as well

The thing about those abc wires is they put down the gm wires saying they are 600 ohm but don't tell you how much resistance they ( their 10mm super-wire) are ??

MSD are 35-50.. There is a 0 ohm 7mm wire on the market as well and it claims to make more power just like the firecores.... Its an 8" long wire.. its a bunch of bunk to claim more power from an 8" long wire...

We offer the same heat protection but we also offer the MSD hi heat race boot on top of that as well.....

1200* sleeving as well as the cool sock boots and hi heat MSD racing boots as well.

The grey ( normal MSD) boots are good for 400* constant the racing boots 700* constant.. the cool socks are 1200* and the wire sleeving is as well. The wire sleeving is radiant rated and the cool sox are contact rated

As far as breaking that does happen to a lot of the other wires on the market and its due to the terminal crimping system. It doesn't happen with MSD as they have a double crimp system that prevents it.

It can happen to those ABC and Firecore wires too and at the price you pay for them its not a good feature...LOL

Thanks for the info blancoss... I definitely haven't ruled out some MSD's, and if i go that route I'll definitely let you know! Guess i was looking to stick with the stock heat shields, but am not opposed to the MSD style boot. Oh and I'm definitely not expecting any power gains, just want a good set of wires for the $
