On my 2008 Z06, sometimes when I start or stop the car, the passenger's side power window starts to go up and down a short distance repeatedly. It seems to be a malfunction of the feature where the window comes down slightly when a door is opened/closed. But when I get a little speed up, it stops.
Know what the problem is? Is this a major fix or expensive repair? My car has very low miles and this is the only problem I have ever had with it.
Try re-indexing the windows. Put them both fully up and hold the button for a few seconds. If you lose battery power for any reason, your windows lose their index and I've noticed mine do odd things when this happens, like they go down a little when the car starts.
This is the way the owner's manual says to reset the window indexing.
Close the car door. Raise the window and hold the up switch an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done. Don't forget the other window.

Funny thing my son's 07 has a similar problem. He tried re indexing and it did not fix the problem. He also noticed that the window goes up rather slowly until you start the car then it closes almost at normal speed.
I have to take a trip to check it out but since he has the original battery I am wondering if it is time for it to be replaced. A load test may be the first test.
