windshield wipers not working

windshield wipers not working
Brand new GS, 400 miles. Got caught in the rain and the wipers will only work on high. Anyone else have this problem or know what may be causing it? Taking it to the dealer in the morning.

Thank you Justin, I appreciate that very much. Took it to Bachmond Chev here in Louisville. They could not figure it out, they talked with a GM person on the phone and thru there efforts decided it was the motor and a module which are built together as a unit. No one had the part. So they got one off the line from a plant in Lansing, MI that was headed for Bowling Green. Part will be here Monday, I am to tied up all next week so I am to call them to set a time to bring it in the following week.

what was the fix? what caused it?
I just picked up a 08 Z06 today and my wipers didnt work in the rain. The Porsche dealer where i bought it said they replaced the fuse and the "motor wiring" which may have shorted out. the wipers are now stuck 1/4 of the way up the window.
