Some one have used the a Patrick G cam (222/230; 0.597/0.600, 114LSA +2) on a LS2 engine with L92 head stock & milled 30; stock L76 manifold & TB, headers mid length 1 3/4" & catback, M6 in mazda RX-7,it made over the 500rwhp mark & traped in the 1/4 mile over +130mph.
Someone wrote that the LS3/L92 work well with higher compression over the 10.7:1 and you will minimum do 450rwhp
