I have an 07 C6 A6 Z51 with 450 rwhp. Recently When I go WOT in 2nd gear whether cruising on the freeway or rolling into the power in second gear, at around 70 mph one wheel starts to spin before the other. It does this for a split second before the other wheel locks up and sends me sideways. The sideways part isnt a big deal, I kinda like sideways But it never seemed to do this before. And it does this with traction control and active handling turrned off. I was under the impression that with these turned off that the rear diff wouldn't let one tire slip while going in a straight line. I do have more power than I used to and it started doing this when the temp dropped down into the 30's and 40's. So is this just a combination of power and lack of traction or are my diff. clutches going out? What kind of power can these handle? Oh yeah and I change my diff oil every 15k miles with LS gear lube that has the friction modifier already in it. The oil coming out looks normal, no chunks and a little silvery.
which ever wheel is spining, try adding more weight to it by raising that corner of the car, try a 1/4" to see if that helps any, then back it off until the car just roast the tires going in a straight line.

For weight jacking you have to use diagonals;
To move weight to the passenger side rear raise the drivers side front. If you raise the passenger side rear you will be moving weight to the drivers side front.
