Nah not at the moment, I really like the reliability/drivability of the car as it sits right now, I don't want to upset the balance too much.

Hope you got some, I'd be interested in watching the launch.

It can vary, some of it will depend on level of track prep, burnout and even outside temps.
I too use to find that flashing it was quickest as well but more testing showed me that actually stalling it up a bit still gets me just a little bit better ET. This relatively tight converter only stalls up so high so I think I was leaving around the 1800-2200rpm range.

Do you not already have gears Marc? From listening to the video it sounds like the 3 to 4 about the 1/8 mile. Don't I hear three shifts and the last coming way before the finish line? My 2.73 barely shifts to 4th before the lights.

No, still has the stock 2.56s in it as Dennis had said, only two shifts in the 1/4 mile for me.
I do sort of see/hear what you might be talking about though, it does almost sound like the first shift happens not too far out from the tree but that's definitely not a shift, it might be some slight wheel spin or a bog of some sort.
This video of the other 10.8 pass doesn't seem to have that bog or delay in it, it clearly shows only two shifts :

This video does have only two shifts. Don't know what that "bog" is in the other either but I was basing my assumption on what I heard. Maybe your tire turned on your rim?? Had you lost traction you would not have ran such a good 60' time.

Didn't mean to indicated doubt, just trying to clarify. But yes the second video is indicative of your 2.56 gearing. Great running!

Default Congrats

Mark does it again. The 126 MPH suggests you still have room for more.
Nice Vid also. Leon

I noticed that as well, not just in the video but also as I was actually making some of those passes as too. I started out perfectly within the groove at the starting line/tree but then I'm like all over the track once I launch it for some reason LOL. I think I was just a little out of practice and also not quite that used to the consistent low 1.5x sixty foots so I might've let the car sway a little bit or maybe even overcompensated for it once I'd realized I was doing it.
I even wonder how many thousandths (or even a hundredth or two?) that I'd tacked on to my ET by doing that.

Yeah I've heard of guys hugging the beams, but the shortest path is a straight line...could have been that last little bit you were looking for lol
