Engine wiring harness same A6 or M6?

What are these connectors? Engine harness, M6 A6 different?
I'm rebuilding a corvette for myself with a friend. While i'm at it, i'm converting from A6 to M6 its a 2007 C6.
We got the 2007 M6 trans/diff in and the trans wiring harness that runs along side the torque tube.
Just wondering, is the engine harness different in any way?
There are two main plugs that plug into the PCM at the bottom, then one conector from the trans harness that plugs into the body harness.
however, there is also two connectors one blue and one gray that we can't figure out where they go. Is there another PCM or TCM that sits beside where the PCM would go?
I'm thinking maybe the engine harness is slightly different now too, or its too late and i should go to sleep lol.

Engine harness is the same but I believe the ECM is different. Well I beter go refresh my memory before I make that statement as fact.

ecm same, but different VCM OS. need to get it reflashed with Tech II, or just grab one from a manual. im sure some other wires are in different pins as well, better double check.

yeah saw the engine wiring harness is actually different no wonder it doesn't plug in.
I will review pins and prolly just buy a pcm or reflash with tunercat, tunercat lets you load any firmware.
