Power top will not close correctly
Hey guys. I did a search on the forum but I could not come up with anything definitive as to what my problem may be. I know from reading around that some guys are pretty good with this stuff so hopefully you can help me out.
My problem is that the top begins to open correctly but as the top starts to fold down into the trunk, the only part that actually makes it in the trunk is the back piece with the glass window. As soon as the window makes it in the trunk, the tonneau cover closes on the window itself and it jams. Then I have to wait for the pressure to release and then start it all over again and it works. It seems to me that the sensor that tells the car when the top is in the trunk and when to close the tonneau cover is bad. Here are pics to help. Thanks in advance.
