Maybe go with something other than the LS7 clutch? Are you making serious power? Anything over 550 on that clutch is pushing it.

I like the drivablity of the stock clutch.. I had a ls7 clutch in my c5z 2years ago and that car made 620rwhp with no problems..... FML

I'm not happy with my t56....... or recently replaced clutch. Nothing near 500 rwhp.
Gotta question - is a professional doing your install's? (sorry / i'm struggling thinking my c6 should shift perfectly.)

You sure it's the clutch? Maybe slave or master cylinder thing? Or dirty fluid? Are you flushing regularly?

I havent cleaned the fluid yet... I should try that first you would think with the zo6 price tag it wouldnt be a part time job.

Cheap and easy to do. If for some reason you have to drop the driveline again for a swap, you should install a remote bleed kit. It's about $70 and bleeds the clutch fluid the correct way (pulls straight from the slave cylinder instead of the reservior).
Good luck.

fwiw - I've done the Ranger method 4 times in 6 months of ownership. It's easy and fast but I don't understand how it really makes a large impact.
I also just installed the remote bleed kit with new clutchware; seemed like the correct thing to do.
Good Luck with outcome - more power might cause more problem for your situation. I think camarochevyxxxx is esentially correct too. I'm looking forward to changing my fluid next available opportunity to see how my beast reacts.

You've changed the clutch 3 times and yet you still have the same problem. Possibly its time to look at the clutch master cylinder?
