Default powerbond pulley install help

Can I use the crank bolt to finish pressing this balancer on? My home made tool stop working up to here.When will I know it's all the way pressed on? I was told it wont be completely flush with the crank..



as you see I got a little bit left

that looks pretty close. now grab the old bolt and torque it to 240 lbs. then remove it. pin it, then insert new bolt. 37lb then 140 degrees. thats just off the top of my head. sorry if im not dead on.

Default Loctite

crank down on it then remove it and use loctite on a NEW bolt. Pin the pulley, the peace of mind is worth paying for next day air if you don;t have time.

I got plenty of time... I just really don't want to spend the extra 100$ on a pinning kit that I'll more then likely never make use of it.
