When it is cold I get this code every once in a blue moon and it throws the trans into limp mode. I have to pull over shut down and restart, then I have a check engine light. I was told there is a service bulletin about this issue has anyone else heard about it? I am going to try the back flush to see if it is some trash that is hanging up #4 valve.
I assume you mean P2715. I could not see any Tech Bulletins on it but my manual is only up to date to some time in 2009. Problem certainly sounds hydraulic Vs electrical and you should start by checking the trans fluid. Don't know whether you have the Service Manual Diagnostic process but I will attach a copy with some of the referenced links at the bottom of the procedure. If you need the scan tool references PM me.

Mike at Century just built the unit not 6 months ago with all the best parts. They are going to try the back flush procedure later this week to see if it is trash in a valve.
I assume the rebuilders have warrantied their work and will fix it for free.
Read the linked thread and searched on P2714. There are three Technical Bulletins for that code. None for the P2715. The two codes represent opposite fault conditions of the same valve. One is stuck shut and the other is stuck open. What works for one code may not always work for the other.

The builder is a great guy and he will make it right if it is an issue with his build. If it is a valve failure it is not his fault and I will have to buy the whole valve assembly which I was told is 700.00. This issue normally only happens when it is very cold out or the trans fluid is cold.
