Rear gears

Anyone change their rear gears to something lower than 3.42's? How do you like them?

I have a friend who has a 402 stroker in his '05 vert and because it has so much rwhp and rwtq, he went to 3.15 gears and loves them...he still has stock 3.42 gears in his '08 Z.
