A few of us have gone quite fast on that same (or similar) set up, good luck.

Hit your hubs with a black rattle can. I had to do that a few years ago, it lasts a long time and covers the rust, now that I think of it I used Rusteoleum.

And the black on the Orange looks great.

I painted my left side hubs white and the right side red. Then sprayed a matching small spot on the inside of the wheel. I've never had to remember which side my directional tires are mounted on when I do a swap at the track. I'm just thankful I'm not color blind while the memory is failing.

Good idea Joe. I need to do that with mine after sanding down the rust-it looks pretty bad right now.

I see it's an 08. The diffs of the 08, at least in my experience, are quite strong (knock on wood). I currently have ~150 passes on mine with about half of them making 500whp. I know it won't last forever, but so far, so good. *fingers crossed*

Do you have a automatic? I have the same setup and my shift points were way off on my A4 after switching. I kept hitting the rev limiter till my pal Joe G. fixed me up.

Ya, the pull is unbelievable in first and second gears now!! I tried a few dead stop pulls, but I think the clutch is slipping just a bit cause it doesnt feel as hard from a roll :-/
Though this could be b/c theres a good amount of heat in the clutch after driving around for a bit AND/OR im not letting the clutch out quick enough, and im slipping it too much intially. Only way to tell is get to the track... Lol, so back to wazslows msg, need to figure out when to get there!
