So I put together a web site because I was tired of hunting through a bunch of posts to find the exhaust clip I was looking for. Let me know what you guys think or if you have suggestions on something that should be added.
I don't think the admins will have a problem with this.
Awesome! Just what I was looking for... just purchased a 08 coupe yesterday, and trying to find what exhaust note I like is #1 on my mod list. Thanks for putting it together!
Thanks guys, I'm not sure if I am going to add heavily modded cars or not. Maybe I will add another section for each car for cammed cars or supercharged cars. I want to make sure that people know what the base note sounds like and I think that might be hard to figure out with a cam on top of it. Any thoughts?
Any way I could make this more useful to you guys or a way to spread the word about the site so more people know that it's there. The site is pretty low traffic, maybe 10 hits a day.
I'd love to put yours up but its too modified. I am trying to find clean sounds and a cam always changes things and there are too many variations and I am afraid it will clutter the site. Maybe I will put a "cam and more" section together.
Any exhaust vid is better than none. I think we should all start adding some in but a standard would be a good idea... I know every camera quality would be different but something like a certain distance from the camera and not in a garage would be nice.
Cam and more sounds good. I know blower cars don't change the tone a whole lot at idle since the boost is being bypassed and even at full throttle with no load my car sounds fairly stock so adding in supercharged to the N/A cars isn't a horrible idea.
Here's the only vid I have of mine. I can always get another one with no captions and out of the garage.
