Default Tick Adjustable Master cylinder

Is the best product on the market. I have been having so many problems with shifting. i would literally have to baby the car into 4th a wot before the tick and now I can powershift every single gear it just slips right on in. I can't believe how much it helped.

I've heard of this product, but I guess I don't really understand what it does?

When I'm at the track and I'm really laying into it, it'll grind gears sometimes but nothing too bad.

3rd-4th almost always grinds though.

I remember reading your older thread when you were having problems. Glad you like it. Did you have the shop do it or yourself? You'll now recommend this to everyone just like I do now. Cause it is an awesome upgrade.

Edit for one more question... What's your take on the clutch pedal feel vs. running stock without spring?

Serveral things, it flows more fluid and has an additional built in reservoir. Better shifts, clutch feel, and easier slow starts (because it gives the "real clutch feel"). Just to name a few. Search on here and google a lot of people are extremely happy with them.

The pedal feel vs the stock with spring removed. It is actually softer i was suprised it is easier to push down. I can really bang gearz now and its really made the car funner to drive.

I also have the Tick Master, full line kit and remote bleeder. Blazing fast shifts with my RPS BC2 clutch and never miss a gear!

I have been running the TICK Master for over 2 years.
Twin disc clutch with tick master, no shifting problems at all with over 720 RWHP.

Its great. Took the time and broke it in. Nice and smooth, no chatter, no grinning gears at all, no slipping. Very easy petal feel with Tick Master cyl. The power I have on it never feels like there is any slippage, when shifting hold on.

What break-in process did you use? I'm doing a 3.90 rear at the same time so I have a good 500-1000 miles of break-in head of me.

Don't focus so much on the miles but more on getting heat cycles through it. Do lots of shifting but no fast shifting or hard driving. I took it easy on mine for about 600 miles. It was probably the only time I was looking to get stopped at red lights and stop signs. If your doing highway driving just down shift to 5th, then to 4th, the shift back towards 6th and keep completing it.

Took mine out late at night a few times and did a bunch of mellow stops & starts to get it broken in quicker.

Just the way I did it to mine. Drive normal and break it in.

Not bad at all. Pull l/f wheel, take out panel, disconnect line and inside car, follow instructions and remove clutch petal, re drill petal, etc. Check TICK's web site for full instructions.
