Help on install inner fender panels.
Was wondering if I could get a few tips on installing inner fender panels. what bonding glue or epoxy is the best and if bolting fenders on and getting all reveals works best or any other ideas? thanks in advance. 2005 all body panels stock c6

Local paint and body supply will have the bonding adhesive. about $100 tube. Should take one tube. The panel will just about only fit properly one way. Not much give. I've always lined up where it goes, glue, clamp then install fender. No problem yet.

inner fender panels
a body man is gonna help me with the job. He has never done these but is confident in doing it. any tips as i have never done this would help in making the job a little easier. he thought where he buys his paint the guy would know exactly what to use for bonding panels to frame and he thought putting fenders on the panels before and dry fitting everything before glue would help to make sure everything fits nice

Here is a couple of pics when I did mine, the stock "narrow" panel and what was left when cut off. I used 3M 2-part adhesive needs a special gun for the dual mixing tubes. The place I bought mine from had a generic gun, it was less expensive than the 3M model.
Another note to anyone that does not use their windshield washer. I drained mine cause I do not use it, I think it almost holds 2 gallons a little weight savings.
