Track 1/2 only changes the type of RPM gauge you see in the hud. You can also change the type of RPM gauge in the street mode of the HUD as well by holding the page button and using the up and down arrows until you find the display version you like.
Those are different displays for the Heads Up Display on your windshield. Track 1 and Track 2 just show the tachometer differently. Street mode deletes the G meter but adds turn signals, high beams, turn instructions from the nav (if you have it), etc. The Page button will add/delete other info.
