new long tubes: hot engine light
Just put the long tubes on my c6. Went to start the car (open headers) just to pull it out of the garage to clean it and right when I started it I got a "hot engine:air conditioning off" light. It came on immediately when I turned the car on and it was only running about 1 minute to get into the driveway. We did have the battery disconnected during the install also.
Any info on why this light is on?Should I reset the battery again? The headers were burning/smoking a little immediately also as expected.Not sure if that was also contributing to the light or not.
