Default Reduced power (limp mode) after upgrades

I just finished some upgrades on my 06 Vert. It already was running a Procharger (4lbs), full exhaust, fuel upgrades. It was running fine. I installed a smaller pulley (~6-7lbs). I should be in the 550rwhp range now. Also new wheels and tires (at 38psi). Now when I go wot on 1st or 2nd it goes into the reduced power mode. And I have to pull over and disconnect the battery to reset. I have done a search and nothing I found quite matches my problem. I read the tire pressure, or the traction control might have something to do with it. Or is it the loss of traction and it's hitting the rpm limit to hard? It runs perfect when I don't get on it. Resets every time. Any help would be appreciated. I know there are a lot of cars running way more power than I am.

What are the tire sizes you are now running?

Stock size 285/35/19 (Hankook Vetus V12 Evo). I just replaced stock wheels with the deep dish chrome Z06 style wheels (from forum vendor), and new tires. Fronts are also stock size. Ran into problems in past with different sized front to back on my 2000 WS6. So I kept to original sizes.

I am just curious as to why the tire pressure is at 38 psi? I thought the pressure should be about 30psi cold.

Did you re-tune after the pulley swap? If not - get it tuned. I'm guessing you're maxing out the MAF

I had the same problem after I changed my plugs on my NA LS3 to NGK's...Changed back to OEM plugs and the problem went away. Can't give you any logical reason...but the problem is gone.

Did you use your original tire pressure sensors in your new wheels???

Do the tire pressure sensors mount in your "deep dish" wheels in the same manner as in the OE wheels?

Does the DIC of tire pressures correspond to the actual pressure in the tires (i.e., do the sensors appear to be properly programmed into the TPMS computer in the car)?

I changed over to the NGK's back when I installed the Procharger with no problem. And I'll check if the tire pressures match tonight (the sensors mounted the same). I tuned it after initial build, but not with new pulley. I live a couple of hours from closest dyno tuner.

Thanks for the input guys.
