2012 Camaro LS3
This may not be a Corvette but, the LS3 is still an amazing engine to work with to extract performance from.
The latest build was a 2012 Camaro SS Transformer Edition and came to us from Wisconsin. This was a brand new Camaro and needed some help. The mods added were:
RPT Custom Cam Package
Kooks 1 7/8 Longtube Headers
Kooks 3" Catted Connection Pipes
Roto-Fab CAI
Professional Installation
RPT Austin Custom Dyno Tuning
With the concerns from my customer, a cam with excellent torque production and drivability were the main items to address. Well, mission accomplished. With the custom cam, the idle sounds bad *** and is very deep. The Transformer Edition is an attention grabber and with the lopey cam, it will be a hit at car shows.
If in the San Antonio Area, the Camaro SS will be at Biff's on Friday Night and be sure to check it out.
