Default O2 Sensor Trouble Codes. HELP!!!!

So I have installed KOOKS headers and KOOKS Hi-Flow converters. The harness for the rear O2 extensions had touched the Hi-Flow Cats and melted. I was able to zip tie them away from the Cats and I am still getting this codes. Keep in mind my 2011 Corvette GS Auto has already being custom tuned and has the rear O2 sensors disabled.

P0030 (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0050 (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0135 (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0155 (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

I have checked the front O2 sensors and everything seems fine but I still have these codes (Engine light ON). When the corvette is idle, it vibrates and sounds like its going to cut off. Any help would be appreciated. Don't have a clue whats wrong with it.

need to hook engine up to a scan tool and see live data if the o2 are working while the engine is running

if not replace o2s or repair melted wiring

I do have a Diablo Sport Trinity Tuner but have no clue how to bring up the front O2 sensor data.

find out if it is a scan tool that can read live data and not just a code reader/reflasher

You have a 2011 and you screwed it up!!!!!!!!!!! I think you need all the 02 sensors to be working for the engine computer to adjust properly. It uses the data from the mass air flow sensor and the 02 sensors to adjust fuel/air ratio properly. If it isn't getting all the data it can't regulate properly.

Sorry what I meant to say was the trouble codes have for the rear O2 sensors have been set to "disabled".

Changed the All the extensions but zero results. Will try changing the front O2 sensors now.

OK, first.

Front O2 sensors are your important sensors. They are the ones that read the A/F and tell the ECM what it reads and the ECM plays with the rest of the electronics to get the A/F correct.

The rear O2 sensors tell the ECM that the CATs are functioning and that's pretty much it.

So headers and high flows will put the CATS too far back from the heat source to heat up in the expected amount of time and you'll toss codes. I am Cat less and I have all of the Rear O2 codes turned off.

If you are getting codes from the FRONT O2 sensors, you'll have issues idling and running smoothly. If you have burned your wires, FIX the wires.

B1S1 B2S1 is the Front O2 sensor on each side. You have 3 front O2 sensor codes and that is not good. The 0050 is rear sensor and it may have been missed by your tuner. EDIT! 0050 is not B2S2 it is B2S1

Look here for explanations of your codes.

Personally? I think you have an airleak in the headers (something near the O2 sensors) and it is screwing up your O2 readings.

That's the most strangest thing though. There seems to be no damage to the front O2 sensors or the wiring.

Gasket leak near the O2 sensors will toss codes too.

30, 35, 50 & 55 are heater failures of the front CATS. You have wiring issues.

If more than one HO2S DTC is set, this is a good indication that the HO2S fuse is open. Test all the related circuits going to all the heated oxygen sensors for a short to ground. If all of the wiring is OK, it may be necessary to disconnect each HO2S one at a time to locate a shorted sensor.

I never had this issue after the install of the headers and hi-flows. Wouldn't that rule out the gasket leak?
