Best advice ever!
The AC Delco Iridium plugs come pre-gapped and all you need to do is screw them in and go.
Seriously, I just changed from the 41-104s on my car, even though I don’t think I needed a colder plug, to the Denso IT22s, which are the equivalent of a 7 heat range, and even with the fine wire (0.4mm) center electrode, they don’t idle as good as the 104s. FWIW: I believe that the stock ZR1/Z06 41-104 plugs are the best all around plug for supercharged cars up to about 650-700whp.

OK you guys are confusing the hell out of me!! I am running a 2005 LS2 e-force, ARH, 3" X-pipe, Cats cleaned out, to Corsa Sports. Dynoed at 720 Crank, 692 WHP. Has smaller pulley so it pulls at about 12 PSI. When I bought the car before mods it had IZTR58 plugs. (have no idea how hot or cold they are) I thought I'd try the E3 Non-projected plugs that are recommended by some of you guys. Well, They lasted 5000 miles and now if I kick in boost it backfires and stumbles. So...... Have seen the recommendations of TR6 but don't want voltage codes popping up all the time as mentioned . I have gone out and purchased a set of 41-104 Delco's because most say the voltage problems will go away and they are a step colder for the boost. (ZR1 Stock) Someone tell me these are the right plugs to use and what gap.....hear everything from .40-.30........a little help would be appreciated I feel totally stupid!!!!! Thanks Guys the Forum always gets me out of trouble!!!
