Default Keep engine from turning

I remember reading in the Forum sometime back on how to keep the engine from turning while removing the harmonic damper. The method was simple and it involved using a large open wrench which was used on the coupling of the torque tube. I did a search and I failed to find the size. 2 1/4, 2 3/8? You guys have all the answers - the right answers - I mean. TIA
