But I think he might mean that there is also no battery power as well, not just engine power. And in that case then no, I don't think there is any way to shift it from park to neutral without forcing/breaking it.If that's the situation then you could possibly use a battery jump box and hook it up to the battery terminals to get enough juice to shift it.
