Default gauges

I'm thinking about getting two or three gauges installed on an a-pillar and wanted to know who should do the install; a car audio shop that does some engine mods or a racing place like MTI?

IMHO the more difficult part of the mod is getting the guages connected and operating correctly. So a "Speed Shop" is the better option.

The C6 interior trim is relatively easy to remove and most A-pillar pods come with good instructions for their install.

You also have the option of putting guages in a modified center console.

DD-Mods offers these or other custom versions.

I'm going to actually put these in the a-pillars. The car shop can do it, but I need to make sure I get everything needed. Not something I feel comfortable installing myself!

What kind of guages are you putting in?

I was looking at the auto meter, but now looking at the Glowshift. This is mainly a cosmetic thing so I don't need to spend a ton on gauges.

The Blitz black light gauges are really cool, just too expensive.
