They installed a cam and did not adjust the shift points. That does not sound correct. You also list a higher than stock stall. Usually when a higher than stock converter is installed the trans tables and shift points are adjusted.
Something to consider, how do you like the drivability of your car with the converter. Sometimes with a higher than stock stall there is a lag which can be tuned out as well as the ability of making a making a loose converter feel a bit more by stock.
These adjustments are usually accomplished with you and the tuner in the car so that you can provide immediate feedback.
Once again good luck

Reason: spelling
I don't believe LG (or any decent tuner) would ignore the trans tables when tuning your car.
IMO Cartek is the best and to prove they are the BEST most of the cars on the fast list are Cartek cars. Thats proof thats in the pudding.
Who ever your looking at as far as tuners go look at the fast list to see the class of car you have weather it be boltons, cam only, heads and cam, or allout CI class. I can say with Confidence, Cartek is the tops in every catagory. Stay away from mail order tunes especially with an Auto trans.
