I just installed a mcleod rxt clutch with hinson motor and trans mounts in my c6 corvette. I'm getting a lot of neutral noise... When i push in the clutch it goes away. Is this normal? Does anyone else have this problem?
Neutral 'can of marbles' sound is normal with a twin disk clutch--it'll be even more exacerbated if you have solid mounts.
I have a Mantic twin and Hinson mounts in my car and if you didn't know better, you'd swear something was wrong with it. I love how the mounts feel though--the whole car feels stronger and its hard to describe on paper, but its like everything feels more connected-more visceral.
How many miles do you have on it so far?? I just got past my break in 500+ miles but haven't really launched it hard yet...
How do you like yours so far?

Maybe 200 miles so far I love it drives like a stock clutch. Only thing I don't like is the neutral noise with the clutch out but l guess I'll get used to it.
