If your car is a 1SB then any factory Nav is a PnP install BUT you can't use the bluetooth. The BT is integrated as part of the OnStar module and AFAIK there is no way to retrofit all that stuff.
IMO your best bet is an aftermarket HU with the goodies you want. Best source around here is C5 Bearsfan if you're interested. Here's one of his posts with contact info. Good luck.

You could also ask over in the Audio/Electronics Forum where the experts hang out. Maybe they have something to offer on the factory unit install.
