I wanted to put up a quick post about the guys at ECS. They ROCK!

I have an 07 c6 and have been wanting to hook it up with a few bolt ons. I new what I wanted and had talked to a few places, but was not getting the service I was looking for. Right from my intitial call to ECS, I was taken care of. Chris was awsome over the phone and even better by email. Toss out the phone and run the company by email, thats what I say... I decided to go with the stage 2 package which included the Vararam intake, Therm, AR headers, X-pipe and tune. I also purchased the Borla s type exhaust that I brought with me. Chris explained the whole package and answered all of my questions and I had a few.

I had made my plans a month or two in advance and it took me 4 hours to get to their shop, but well worth it. I had a fantastic day.

Matt, one of the guys in the office, made sure that I was well taken car of and made me feel like one of the guys. If only I could have gotten my hands dirty a little.

Shawn was the mechanic that did the install of all the parts. Talk about car ****. They way he lifted my girl up in the air and aggresively stripped her of her parts and gave her a good beating but then tenderly and maticulously installed the new parts. I almost needed a cigarette after watching all of that. Can I tell you that when he started her up for the first time after the new parts were installed, I new I was in love. Again a cig please.

Next came Doug. What can I say, a computer whiz. He could squeeze hp out of a dried lemon. The numbers he pulled out of my car on the Dyno were outstanding. Higher than expected. They thought it was a little too high and that the weather affected the dyno, but I will take 401 RWHP all day long.....

All in all, it was a spectacular day and if you are on the east coast and are thinking of doing some basic bolt ons, then ECS are you guys. I know they will see this post, cause they look at this forum all day long. Thank you again guys for your service. Maybe Sizzler is in your future.

It's great to hear of such good service. Shops like these make you proud to be a Corvette owner. I hope to give them some business in the future when my GS is out of factory warranty.
