I got pulled over tonight in my 2006 Z06. Not for speeding, but for no tail lights or side marker lights and my rear license plate light doesn't work either. My brake and turn signals work. I checked bulbs and fuses, all fine. Any ideas?
Inspect the C455 [X455] connector, that is located in the luggage compartment near the right tail light. It may have some corrosion due to water intrusion.
Hey. New guy here. I'm sure that there are a lot of folks on this forum that know more than me about your problem, but if your fuse or connection is not the issue then there may be bad news. I'm having the same problem with the 2007 Z06 I just bought. I'm working out the bugs but driving it for the first time at night a few weeks ago my headlights stopped working tailights as well. I have seen this posted here but I can't find it now but your fuseblock may be bad. Again I have seen several posts with corvettes with this problem and thats where it points. Mine is supposed to be replaced along with the BCM tomorrow. Not a cheap fix $1100.00. Hope this is not your issue, but you may have to have it checked. Just my two cents and good luck. Let us know....
Ok, got it fixed. My front driver side lamp had a cut wire, don't know how, but I soldered it back together and all is well. Thanks for all the advice!
