Problem with OnStar...Help
Has anyone had a problem with their OnStar not being able to receive phone calls but able to call out ok. I called OnStar and they say it is a problem with the car...not at their end. Called Verison as they are the carrier and they say they don't have a listing for my car (phone number) but yet I can call out. Has anyone had to replace the OnStar unit and if so how much was that and did take care of the problem. Googled it but couldn't find anything that was close to my problem.
Any suggestions or ideas is appreciated.

Actually, the first thing I would do is press your Onstar button and tell them the problem. They are best equipped to do the initial diagnostics and work the problem.

I had the opposite problem. I could call out but could not receive calls. The VCIM was replaced and programmed. It was done under warranty.
