So I ordered my exhaust last week and it should be here by next week I ordered B&B PRT..... My question... Is it complicated to DIY because I was planning to do it but I went to a muffler shop by my work just to get a quote on how much it would be and they told me it starts at 150.... I assumed everything was just bolt ons but he made it seem that they would have to bend and maybe weld if it didn't sit right.... So what I'm really trying to ask is.... Can I do it myself without having to bend/weld anything

Yes, can be done in your garage without issue. I think there's a good Writeup in the DIY section. Take a look. If not, it's just a few clamps and bolts and you're done. Just be sure to get the rear end up as far as you can to wiggle everything in and out.
I did mine on jackstands about 3 weeks ago. No big deal. The only bad part was I had to cut the factory exhaust off. I couldn't get the car high enough to remove it in one piece. Save yourself a few bucks and do it yourself.
I did my exhaust (Borla S-Type/Stingers with X pipe) on Sunday. I had the rear of the car on jackstands and the front on ramps with chock blocks. The jackstands were 3 ton stands and were set for the highest setting. The car was high enough to take the stock exhaust off without cutting it.
I was also told by a muffler/exhaust shop that it would cost at least 150, and the dealer wanted 260.
