Default How do you convert to e-85 ethanol?

DO ou just empty tank and then add e-85 from pump and tune it accordingly? If not what do you have to add to you car to make it work properly.

Also can u add meth to this setup if i do e-85? can they be ran together? or which is better?
They allow you to add more timing which in turns allows you to make more power from the cooling of fuel right? or do i have this all wrong?

I just did this on Friday, my car picked up 20+ rwhp and 10+ torque. You need to figure out if you have enough injector or if you need larger ones. Most likely you need between 27% and 30% more fuel depending on what is done to your engine and how efficient it is.

In my case I will be adding a supercharger so we went with FAST 85lb injectors, drained the tank and added 27% more fuel to the start up program, from there we tuned the car which really needed leaning out surprisingly. We did end up adding one degree to the timing up top (total of 26 degrees) but the power gain is really from the fuel itself. The cooling side effect was pretty cool at idle for 15 minutes the temps never went over 189 degrees. You might have to enrich the cold start program as well, as the ethanol doesn't like to fire in colder weather. Good Luck.
