Default Emission test incomplete without Error code

Can anyone clue me on what the issue is. There is no trouble code stored however the emission status light is amber on my scan tool. Car runs fine and has only 3,000 miles

added: 3000 miles in 6 years, when did you get fresh gas last? just a thought, probably nothing. my understanding is that, your MID/TID codes that show 'fail', mean they are failing but not yet enough to cause a check engine light.

Not Ready or Suspended would refer to a 'drive cycle' not yet completed. that doesnt seem to be the case. Incomplete or dependant would mean another 'fail' must pass first. what i found were these..

go to dealership or try....
1) disconnect negative battery cable for few minutes and reconnect. some errors wait until X restarts/cycles to clear and will reset with battery cable remove. (you will have to reindex windows)
2) do this shortened drive cycle.. http://www.obdii.com/drivecycle.html
3) get codes read if check engine light on at any time
4) get another inspection to see if less/any FAILS
