thats the video i used to lower mine ^^...its super easy i did it to my gs a couple months ago and it looks way better. be sure...even if u put the car up on jackstands to jack it up slightly under the spring to take off pressure and then the bolts will turn very easily. DO NOT force them to turn or they will strip. this video demonstrates perfect. also...when you lower it and set the car back on the ground it will take a few drives and some miles on it to settle and lower. i couldnt tell a difference at first and after a few drives now my car sits pretty low. the front will lower more than the rear though with leaving the stock bushings. im gonna trim my rear bushings and lower the back just a tiny bit to take some of the rake out of it

Don't forget that lowering the car alters alignment, so you will need to get it aligned for the new height.

Just lowered my 06 convert. The front bolts had several turns til they bottomed out and it lowered the front about 3/4 of an inch. It looks great. The rear only moved about one turn and stopped and it lowered the back 1/8. Will it settle down some more? The back is to high now so I need another 3/4 of an inch. Should I cut the bushing or change to a after market lowering bolt.

Thanks,

Tony

Cut them. Of course there will be a lot of people here who disagree, but no problem with mine. I've heard of aftermarket bolts breaking.
