Default Oil Catch Can ?

I installed a catch can to prevent oil from going through the MAF

Its been in the car about 5 months.. & I decided to check it.. & It was about 1/2 full it was a mixture of oil & water .. a "GUESS" it seemed to be 75% water.. ??

The car never uses any oil, & I drag race it often, but also drive it 100 miles to the track & 100 back.. I'm "GUESSING" the water is condensation.. I DO use it for short trips during the week (about 20 miles) Not enough to get the oil over 170 deg... could that be the water I'm seeing..

The water/antifreeze level has been ok never had to add....

I'm sort of confused... the car is running fine.. so I suppose I just should check it every month or two ??

I "think" its Summit" Cartek got it & I never looked at the box...its stainless, not painted, & has a breather right on the top, with a drain valve at the bottom...
