Had a doc appt with chevy today for a clutch flush and called and said my harmonic balncer had started to wooble. i looked for my self and it was also had a chirp earlier in the month real bad changed belt and it went away but came back few weeks later. should i stick with the gm replacment pulley or go aftermarket its my dd by the way its a o6
OP: I would just have an ATI unit installed and never worry about it again. The OEM unit is junk and to replace junk from GM with more junk from GM does not sound like a good idea to me. http://www.atiracing.com/products/dampers/index.htm
The Balancer is now manufactured by a different vendor, so a GM replacement should be fine. I have also confirmed this when speaking with Steve Grilli

Do you know when production of the new balancers was started and when they phased out the old units for production? I believe there have been posts of bad balancers from new 2013 owners.
