Soft brake pedal
I want to bleed the brake by having someone pump them up. Should the engine be running when I am doing this.

A friendly suggestion man. Brakes are a critical component, and your life and others could be at stake if you do something wrong. Why not offer pizza on your regional forum to somebody who can teach you how to do it properly? It's not rocket science, but again, you're dealing with brakes, and shouldn't be experimenting yourself if not FULLY FAMILIAR with the procedure. Good luck.
