Zo6 bi-modal on 2012 stdrd. Coupe
Anyone know of a video of a stock C6 with Z06 bi-modal mufflers and M<W controller?
Just bought some 2011 Z06 bi-modal mufflers on Ebay $250 plus $70 shipping. Now getting cold feet because I know they won't bolt on to my 2012 standard coupe, will have to cut and weld and go from 2.5 pipe to 3" pipe. And to top it off I see that some people are cutting open the mufflers to modify them louder. Are they not loud enough without the mod?
Would really like to hear some comparisons before I cut up my new beauty!
Might not even unpack them, just list them on Ebay.
Been searching the forum for hours, can't find a video like this.
Just want a harder edge sound but not extreme, with bi-modal control of course to keep the wife happy and eliminate drone if any.
