Default Wheel Spacer?? HELP!!

'06Z. I Can not really afford to upgrade the OEM Wheels, therefore I want to get spacers without having to chage anything, in other words, i just want to drop spacers..no bolt or stud changing. i will drop the car 1 inch. what size do any of you recomend to give it a mean look, without rubbing and where can i get them. really appreciate your input thank you.

If you don't want to do it right, just leave it alone and you will avoid lots of problems.

That makes sense. What's the right way to do it?

The most common seems to be 1/4" spacers with extended thread lugnuts and the stock studs. Have that combo on my car and it works fine. You could use 3/8" spacers and have the tires not rub the fenders, but that requires longer studs.

Do you have a Z06 like the OP has? If you have a base coupe you have different wheels, tires and fenders, so what works for you might not work on a Z06.

I know. But what I posted has been shown in numerous threads and applies to regular coupes as well as the Z06.

you can use 1/4" spacers with the stock lug nuts, just don't go past the 1/4"
