What are you looking to do? A simple alignment? If so, take it to your local tire shop and their computer system will get it very close. It all comes down to how good (meticulous) the mechanic is and/or how intrusive you are during the work.
If you want a specific setup for the track, I would learn to do yourself or find somebody who specializes in Vettes or track alignments.
