Default Help identifying this fuel system..

My shop is working on a modified Z06 which is having issues with the fuel system. The mods were done by another shop and because my mechanic knows I frequent the forums, he asked me to try and find out what system it is. It was installed elsewhere by a previous owner so no one knows anything about it.
It has a walbro (possibly the stock pump?) and an Aeromotive stealth 420 pump in the bucket and each pump feeds one rail. The fuel lines look like premade lines so I would think this is a kit from somewhere. This doesnt seem like a smart setup, so it will be redone.
