Default Copper washer size

Fellas,

Did a search and closest I found was 10.3 x 14.5 x 1.61 on a C5 thread. Can someone confirm the size for the C6Z06, if it is different. Have a leak on the line and hoping this is the fix

sometimes i can get the GM parts number and find specs on it. so do you have a clue what the part number is?

could you describe in detail where this washer is located?
would you be willing to do a search for the part number if i sent you a link in a PM to the parts lookup?

Should of been a little more clear. It's the copper washers go between the caliper and the brake line (2 per caliper).

Any help would be appreciated honestly. I can do the search

super... ok... i started your search, filled in 2007 and word caliper in keyword. you might have to replace caliper to brake line or something like that.

sending you a pm

Confirmed size of Brake Hose Fitting (Copper) 10.3 x 14.5 x 1.61 is the same for C6.

Hope this thread helps someone out!

Thanks ChevyDave

When Im slipping the two washers off and on the OE banjo bolt
on my 2012 Grand Sport...The inner most washer seems to have
a biiger ID than the outer most washer.................

The Outer washer doesnt slide all the way onto banjo bolt as the
other one does....

Can anybody explain what the HELL I'm experiencing ????

Using my Dial Calipers I measure the used original inner washer ID at .397
and the used outer ID at .388...If part # is SAME for all EIGHT washers than
it must be the "crushing" that distorts the ID whereas the OUTER washer
will not no longer fit INNER shoulder of BANJO BOLT
