I was just looking at 21st Century MC Edelbrock E-force install and apparently it doesn't come with fuel rail covers. That's odd I think because they come in the kit and they look good. Also, they are using a BAP and not a high flow fuel pump which makes installation much easier. The total price including install is high. There have been some specials on the forum for a complete E-force for a thousand less. If you trust them and close by their price is fair but I would make them throw in the fuel rail covers.
They are very dependable and drive like stock until you put your foot in it. You can get a 100K mile drivetrain warranty. I'm very pleased with mine.
I currently have a Centrifugal blower, but if I were doing it again I'd get a roots style blower like the E-Force or Maggie. I just prefer how they feel. I'd likely do a maggie and a new hood if I had the choice because I feel there would be less of an issue with heat vs the E-force.
You'll be happy with anything you choose though. An FI vette is a scary thing.
I have the ECS SC1500 going in my car this week. Great kit. To me, the ECS kits bring in the best of both worlds. The ECS restrictor-plated kit brings more roots-like boost to the lower RPM band than the typical centri kits and pulls and pulls and pulls to redline. You can 1/4 mile this kit numerous times without worrying about heatsoak.
To the OP, the E-Force kits are great kits and they look fantastic. They are less fuss and muss that the centri's and have provided hundreds of thousands of trouble-free miles. If you like all your power off idle then this is the kit for you. A centri will provide more mid and upper end power. Drivers choice. Can't go wrong with either type.

Edelbrock fuel rail covers $395
Normal installation time required: 1 week with prior notification.
Edelbrock sells a "Tuner Kit". It comes without the pulley, without injectors, without a fuel pump, without a tune and without the fuel rail covers. If you are going to run anything other than an otherwise totally stock car, this kit makes a lot of sense.

My biggest issue was the install price of almost $9000. It just seemed high for that kit, IMO.

For me the jury is still out on the heat issue with the eforce. I'm working on a way to cool it quickly at the track. I'll know more about it this summer. I can say for a fact that a friend of mine that runs a Maggie on a Dodge Challenger doesn't seem to have any heat problems at all.
