from what i have read it seems like you only need to upgrade to the adjustable master cylinder if you are having high rpm engagement problems. not 100% sure
I cannot speak to the McLeod clutch, but I have RAM twin-disc with aluminum flywheel in mine, and worked okay with a stock slave cylinder and the stock master.
What I need find is the clutch had a long travel and "felt" a little funny. I recently had the tick master installed and it WAY better. The clutch pedal is heavier but not unbearable and the travel is WAY less with way better feel. I would not go back to stock now.
I bought one because I was tired of the having the fuid getting black and the Tick has more capacity. I also installed a twin disk CenterForce at the same time, but not becasue it was needed with the clutch.
Thanks guys, sounds like its not neccessary on the C6s like it was on c5s but could only make things better. I will probably do this since il be there anyway.

I purposely did NOT install a remote bleeder line on mine. I have one from when I had a RAM slave in the car (piece of junk by the way) but RPMTransmission (have a stage IV) says they will NOT warranty any of their transmissions if a remote bleeder is installed. I asked them why and they said there is a very good chance of air being trapped in the bleeder line which will not permit a clutch to disengage properly, and makes shifting hard. This causes damage to the synchro's (premature wear). I took them at their word and did not put it in.
Transmission shifts like a dream and the clutch disengagement works really really well. YMMV

They are truly experts, but if I had to do it again, I would still install the bleeder because just like brake systems, it needs to be bled.
