Default Throttle amplifier problem

Looking for some help, I have a 2005 z-51, I purchased a pedal box throttle amplifier and upon installing, the car's oil pressure would not register while indicating a reduced power on my DIC while running. Shut the car down and the ignition would not turn off, disconnected the battery and went back to stock, now the car won't start at all and the ignition stays on. Did this thing fry my computer?

Its very possible your computer is bricked. The 2005 has a unique computer compared to the other years.

Is it a program or physical mechanism you installed in your car?

I'd contact who you bought it from a see what they have to say...

Its similar to the sprint booster, inline with a controller. Wondering if the computer handles functions such as ignition shut down and gauges for this to happen.

I just read on a google search that the computer might need to be reflashed. Any input on that.

This was a winter mod so driving the car to Chuck was not an option.

You can do it through the mail...

If you have to replace your PCM, just buy one through Chuck and have him install the CoW Booster before you install it in your car. If you buy an Auto Cal, he can customize it to your liking.

Thank you my friend!

YES, I usually have every PCM on the shelf and can CoW BOOST! it before shipping it to you.

2005 C6's have a very unique advantage in that they can have THREE (3) different CoW BOOSTER!

throttle profiles..... All other C5 and C6s only have 2.

Call me any time if you need help.

ECS tune, $149 worked amazing on mine and actually increased peak HP and TQ, something none of those other throttle boosters can do even though they cost more.

Before doing anything I would check voltage on the battery.
