You can get a used Nav on the forum for around $500. You will also need to get a stealership to program the VIN so the unit will work. Figure at least another $100+ for that service. You will also need the antenea box on the windshield too.
For about the same cost, you should be able to get a nice aftermarket HU with Nav. Kenwood is decent compared to the OEM. You can look into the refurbed Kenwoods as I have had decent luck with them. But you might want to wait another couple of months for the new models to come out.
