So, I have a 2006 z51, pretty much stock everything. When I am driving down the road, i get a banging noise coming from underneath the car. Sometimes it happens when I am hitting rough road, sometimes not. It happens when I'm turning, sometimes not. I've looked at all of the suspension, and from what I can tell, everything looks fine. Has anyone else had any issues similar to this with their car? It sort of sounds like it is coming from the front left of the car, although it is hard to tell. It doesn't make the noise with the vehicle stopped, or even when turning the steering wheel when stopped. I can sometimes feel its vibration through the floorboard of the car through my feet, but not all of the time. Any ideas of what I should check out would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the sway bar end links are bad or loose. You cannot tell if they are loose just by looking at them. You need to get under there with the wrenches and tighten them good. Had the same issue on my cars.
Sway bar end links. They need to be REALLY tight or you get the bang/pop sound when turning or on rough roads. My car just did it after my exhaust install. We removed the rear sway bar and did not tighten it enough upon reinstallation.

Good place to start; check the bushings and lube them with some synthetic grease..... worked for me.
